Delaware Child Care Supply by Legislative District
Affordable, accessible child care is a foundational necessity for supporting families and the economy.
In Delaware, there are between 800 and 900 total providers, who can serve a little under 55,000 children. This falls short of the estimated number of children aged zero to nine in Delaware, 109,075.

Check out the Delaware Child Care Dashboard. A dashboard, developed via a partnership between Child Care Aware® of America, The Alliance for Early Success, and Rodel, highlights the gaps between the number of available spots in care and the number of children across the state
